Saturday Class with Leap of Joy
We are excited to announce our first-ever Saturday dance class! This class will be open to all levels of dancers ages 7-14yr. We will be studying various dance techniques including Hip Hop, Jazz and Modern Fusion with a focus on building performance pieces for recital and beyond.

Class Info
Our first session of class was on Saturday, Jan 18th. We had some wonderful kids attend in the past couple weeks, but we would LOVE to see more beautiful faces!
Dates: JANUARY 18, 2020 through APRIL 25, 2020
Time: Saturdays from 9:00am - 11:30am
Where: Headwaters Studio, 804 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78701
We have two class options:
-Leap of Joy Mini's: 2-5yr, from 9-9:50 a.m.
-All City Dance Class: 6-13yr, from 10-11:30 a.m.
Price:
$15 for Leap of Joy Mini's.
$18 for All City.
Scholarships available!
There will be performance opportunities for the dancers around town, plus an opportunity to perform during our annual May recital, Care to Dance! This is a great opportunity to introduce your child to dance.

Our organization Leap of Joy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit since 2012 offers dance and theater arts after school and summer camp enrichment programs to at-risk youth in underserved schools in Austin, TX. Since 2010, our program has been funded through grants from AISD, City of Austin, Texas Commission on The Arts, Target, A Glimmer of Hope, fundraising and private donations. Leap of Joy is moving to give at-risk youth empowerment and self-acceptance through dance and performance arts.
